COVID-19 : Our commitment remains

Dear Customers,

During this challenging time, surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to reassure all our customers that we are here for you and we are taking important steps to safeguard our employees, partners, and customers.

In light of the recent government announcement regarding closure of non-essential business, we are in constant communication with our supplier partner and have received the approval to stay operational. We will update you about any further changes to our services.

We have been responding to an influx of requests for cleaning, sanitizing products, as well as gloves and other items. We are working relentlessly with our suppliers and partners to address the needs. 

As you quickly rethink and shift to a new way of working, we can help ensure you have everything you need for home or remote work. As always, we are prepared to help you find a solution to meet your needs. 

Our commitment remains to support your business efficiency, productivity and continuity:

Purchase orders: We want to ensure orders continue to be processed efficiently and conveniently. Our order desk will fulfill orders via credit card and will manage invoicing on a case-per-case basis, depending on specific needs. 

Deliveries and collections: When delivering orders and collecting returns, our drivers are regularly washing their hands and wearing protective gloves and practicing social distancing to reduce personal contact. Also, our warehouse and transport vehicles are being cleaned to maintain the highest levels of hygiene.

Packaging: We continue to work very closely with our supplier partners. The aim is to adhere to the highest health and hygiene standards. Since our products are derived from many sources, we also urge our customers to follow precautionary standards and local authority guidelines.

Furniture/Workplace set-up: As a full-service office solution provider, we can help ensure you have the right workspace set-up to be productive and comfortable, whether it’s the right chair, lighting, equipment, etc.
